Morepork BBQ is introducing damn good barbecue to New Zealand. Chef Clint Davies worked in kitchens throughout the world for 15 years before he discovered his love for smoked meats in the United States. After perfecting his smoking skill, Davies felt compelled to bring barbecue to his homeland of New Zealand. Davies combines homemade rubs and sauces with hand-picked premium cuts of meat and smokes them low and slow in New Zealand’s first custom built smoker, co-designer and co-built by the chef himself. The result is like nothing New Zealand has tasted before; it’s damn good barbecue.’
