Since joining the Weber in 2016 as the Recipe and Content Developer for Australia and New Zealand, Laura has crafted over 150 recipes in her time with the brand. She is now the face of Australia and New Zealand’s Weber Social and video content. She has built a high profile amongst barbecue and cooking fans around the country, Laura joined barbecue legends such as Moe Cason (BBQ Pitmasters) and published authors Jess Pryles & Adam Roberts as a judge on A&E’s Pitboss Challenge held live at Meatstock. Laura is also the first ever Weber Grill Specialist outside of the United States and has run the first ever Australian Grill Academy Events.
Laura has a passion for not only barbecue but also food in general, and she brings this passion into every recipe, presentation and engagement she has. From traditional Australian and New Zealand family meals, to desserts, right through to full on low and slow American style barbecue, Laura embraces all cooking methods. Ensuring everyone has a fantastic result on their Weber barbecue, whatever they are cooking is what drives her.
